These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoPlus mobile app and the website at goplus.app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use GoPlus

You must be at least 16 years old to use GoPlus and able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

GoPlus is a platform that helps young people discover and apply to Erasmus+ opportunities (youth exchanges, training courses and volunteering) and lets organisations publish and manage their projects. GoPlus is a facilitator — it is not the organiser of the projects listed and does not run the selection process.

3. Your account

  • You register and sign in using your phone number and a one-time SMS code, together with a password.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Each person should maintain a single account.

4. Applications, content and conduct

  • You are responsible for the information you submit in applications and the messages you send in chat.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including: posting unlawful, fraudulent, offensive or infringing content; harassing other users or organisers; impersonating others; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Organisations and projects

Projects are created and managed by independent organisations. GoPlus does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability of any project, or that you will be selected. Your participation in a project, and any agreement with an organisation, is between you and that organisation.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • GoPlus offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features (such as unlimited applications). New users receive a complimentary introductory period on registration.
  • Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policy.
  • GoPlus does not store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (other than content you or organisations submit), is owned by GoPlus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (e.g. Apple, Google/Firebase, SMS providers). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, opportunities or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (in the app under Settings → Account, or via goplus.app/delete-request). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
